These critical assignments were undertaken across diverse companies, handling diverse product categories with employers like PepsiCo, Samsung, Pidilite & Crompton Greaves Consumer Electricals. All these assignments have given Saumil a chance to work across the length & breadth of the diverse India Country, providing him far-better connect & understanding of Indian Consumers & Customers. According to Saumil, this is the most exciting times at Kraft Heinz India where he will be leading the accelerated growth for the Global Kraft Heinz Portfolio thru Rightful Local Partnerships.

I handle HR Analytics for APAC Zone and also manage People Processes for KHIPL. I started my inning with Kraft Heinz as Sales HR Business Partner for West India and moved on to a role in HR Analytics. For me, Kraft Heinz represents freedom to think.
